Soaps, candles, palm oil free deodorants, collages and upcycling

I have 3 products – candles, soaps, and deodorants. I will go into more details of each later. My reason for starting out was to have products that were palm oil free. I use a lot of unscented tea lights in my oil burners and was upset to find out that the large bulk packs used palm oil and the smaller ones weren’t economical and probably contained palm oil as well. So I saw a course on making soy wax candles and haven’t looked back.

 I was also having problems finding palm oil free soap, so again saw a course, did it (twice!! it is a bit daunting making soap!) and I love being able to make my own blends of beautifully scented soap. Same with deodorant, trying to find one that was not only palm oil free, not full of awful chemicals and that actually worked. Once again did a course and now have a range of 4 fragrances. I also have available information about reducing the use of palm oil in your everyday life.
